Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce Randy R. Waclawczyk, P.G. as a new Senior Environmental Manager in the Austin office. Mr. Waclawczyk will be a key leader in our Austin office, helping to promote and manage Pape-Dawson Engineers’ environmental services throughout central Texas.
Mr. Waclawczyk has over 30 years of experience in environmental assessments, geology, and hydrogeology. He is proficient with the compliance, reporting, and communication of federal, state, and local environmental regulations. He has implemented environmental management systems at complex industrial facilities, and he has standardized reporting processes to meet waste, air, and wastewater reporting requirements. As a Professional Geoscientist, he evaluated groundwater resources for industrial, commercial, and residential development; utilized geophysical techniques to identify subsurface features; and conducted hydrogeologic investigations for the permitting of municipal solid waste landfills.

Mr. Waclawczyk holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Master of Science in Engineering Geology from Texas A&M University. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas. Mr. Waclawczyk is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists, the Association of Engineering Geologists, and the Air and Waste Management Association.
