Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce the hire of Francisco “Paco” Guerrero, P.E. as a new Practice Leader of Water and Wastewater in the Water Resources department in the Austin office. Mr. Guerrero will serve as a key leader in Austin and the I-35 corridor promoting and managing Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources services.
Mr. Guerrero joins Pape-Dawson with 24 years of civil engineering experience focused on public works projects. He specializes in project management, budget management, proposal/contract preparation and processing, and construction plan/design oversight for local and international projects. Mr. Guerrero has worked with the City of Austin, the San Antonio Water System, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the City of Buda, the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and the Lower Colorado River Authority, among many others.

Mr. Guerrero holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
