The Pflugerville City Council approved the rezoning of two tracts along Texas 130 to a planned unit development.
"This mixed-use endeavor is exciting," said Mark Ramseur, P.E., Managing Principal Central Texas. "The 81.15-acre tract west of Texas 130 will challenge us to be innovative in our design, especially the bridge that will connect the two tracts with a pedestrian bridge."
